Participants were asked to "play", using the suggestions for games painted on the concrete Play Deck. The Play Decks between Lincoln Court’s memorable high-rise buildings are unusual. There is space at ground level between all three towers for kids to play. Visible from the flats above children can move securely between the blocks.
PLAY was filmed through a fourth floor window in the middle tower of Lincoln Court.
